In compliance with the universal principles of accessibility and design established in article 4.c) of Law 11/2007, of 22 de junio, governing electronic access by the general public to Public Services, the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities is working to guarantee that all members of the public –particularly those with any form of disability and the elderly- can interact with the Department through its Central Offices and access information and electronic services in equal conditions, irrespective of their personal circumstances, resources or knowledge.
